Pets are allowed, with an additional $10:00 per night charge, A $50.00 damage deposit, refundable within 5 working days maybe required.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Rental rates are for 2 people; an additional charge of $10:00 per person is required.

Cancellations; 15 days notice for refund for reservation from 1- 4 days, 30 days notice for refund for 5 nights or more, and a 50% deposit ( non-refundable at our discretion ) in the form of a personal check or money order within 7 days of booking reservation.

Reservation deposits may also be placed on a credit card
at an additional 5% processing fee.

• Personal checks are accepted for advanced deposits only.
   
• Balance of payment accepted on credit card only.
   
• All reservations require a Policy/Damage deposit Authorization on Credit Card Prior to Check-in

We reserve the right to charge for any damage, and additional cleaning
required what is considered “normal” use.
